Cotswold Teacup Tours Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment

Booking Process: All bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or by contacting us directly. Confirmations will be sent via email or via Bookeo, our online booking payment system.

Deposit: A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your tour. The remaining balance is due on the tour date.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods as stated on our website.

Late Payments: Failure to pay the remaining balance within the stipulated time may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund of the deposit.
2. Cancellations and Refunds

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your reservation.

In the event of cancellation by the guest, the deposit is non-refundable. However, where Cotswold Teacup Tours is able to resell the booking, a refund of the deposit will be issued. We will make reasonable efforts to do so but cannot guarantee resale. To allow sufficient time for resale, guests must notify us of cancellation in writing as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour date are non-refundable regardless of resale.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due in full 7 days before the date of the tour, or before the first day of a multi-day booking. Once final payment has been made, no refund will be issued for cancellation or non-attendance.

CANCELLATION BY COTSWOLD TEACUP TOURS

In the unlikely event that Cotswold Teacup Tours is unable to fulfil a booking, we will endeavour to provide a suitable alternative guide at no additional cost and with your agreement. Should no suitable alternative be available, guests will receive a full refund of all monies paid.

3. Changes to Booking

Modification Requests: Any changes to the booking must be requested at least 7 days before the tour date.

Availability: Changes are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Last-Minute Changes: Any changes made less than 7 days before the tour date cannot be guaranteed.
4. Health and Safety

Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour.

Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or mobility issues at the time of booking.

Safety Protocols: Adherence to safety instructions provided by the guide is mandatory.
5. Conduct

Behaviour: We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards our guides and other guests.

Disruptive Behaviour: Any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may result in the termination of the tour without a refund.

Respect for Local Areas: Guests are expected to respect the local environment, culture, and residents.

Guests are expected to wear seatbelts at all times in the vehicle.
6. Liability

Personal Injury: Cotswold Teacup Tours is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the tour.

Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.

Third-Party Services: We are not liable for services provided by third-party vendors, such as local businesses included in the tour.
7. Photography

Promotional Use: Photos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media.

Consent: If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide.
8. Local Businesses and Attractions

Support Local: We support local businesses and include visits to these on our tours. However, we are not responsible for the quality of services provided by these businesses.

Local Products: Purchases made at local businesses are at your own discretion.
